The cottage is always to rent as a whole. The maximum occupancy is 9 persons.

Renting the cottage allows the entire use of the object. This includes the first floor with the appropriate living facilities, consisting of the comfortable living room, the dining room separated from the living room with a sliding door, and the kitchen connected with the dining room continuously. The entire interior is designed to accommodate a maximum of 9 people who can be accommodated in the cottage. Thus, appropriate assortments of cutlery, crockery and kitchen equipment are available.

Likewise, the rental of the cottage "Le Lys Bleu" includes the use of all outdoor facilities. This includes a courtyard with seating for 10 people, an extensive garden with fruit trees and vegetable beds, as well as an elevated panoramic terrace, equipped with loungers. Facing the Place St. George, the breakfast terrace in front of the house may be used. Furthermore, a balcony accessible from the mezzanine offers seating with views over the romantic rooftops of old Limbourg and the Pays de Herve.

The cottage "Le Lys Bleu" offers its own parking facilities for guests. The parking lot is sheltered, but not monitored. Parking of vehicles is at your own risk.

A deposit of € 1.000,00 is required at the time of rental, which will automatically be refunded within 15 days of departure.
